    5. The maximum speed of an electric vehicle is 25 km/h, and the maximum speed must also have a tamper resistant design.



    6. When the speed of the electric vehicle reaches 15 km/h, the electric vehicle has a prompt broadcast device and can emit a loud prompt tone.



   7. The total vehicle mass (including battery) of an electric vehicle shall not exceed 55 kilograms.



   8. Electric bicycles must have a pedal riding function, can be driven by human power, and meet the standards for non motor vehicles.



   9. On the eye-catching part of the electric vehicle frame, permanently mark the unique vehicle code of each vehicle, with 15 digits (including the enterprise code, vehicle type code, production year, and production serial number).
